Taster sessions in upcoming Hubs!

The OTR Hubs are the front door to our services – you can come along, have a chat, and together we’ll figure out the best next steps. Sometimes that might be signing up to an OTR project or group.

In the coming weeks, we’re going to be running ‘taster sessions’ for some of our groups and projects. This means you can meet the project’s leader and find out more about what happens in those sessions. This helps you make an informed decision on whether it’s right for you, and will help you decide if you’d like to sign up to the project.

Here’s our calendar of upcoming taster sessions – these all take place at our base in Old Market, and they’ll run from 5-6pm. The Hub itself starts before then, at 4pm, so you can drop in at any time from that point to grab a cuppa and talk to OTR.

Upcoming taster sessions

4th February – Shameless

Meet Caoimhe and Tanisha who run our body image group, which starts up in March. Be one of the first to sign up!

11th February – hARMED

Find out more about our group for anyone struggling with self-harm (or thoughts of self-harm).

18th February – Mind Aid

Come along to learn about our group workshop, Mind Aid!

25th February – Nature Works

Nature Works is launching soon and is all about connecting to the environment! Come along to meet Tim and find out more.

11th March – Wellbeing Practitioners

We do loads of work in schools across Bristol and South Glos – this taster explains how you can access OTR in your school.

25th March – Book Club

OTR runs a monthly book club – this is a chance to say hello to Zinnia and find out more about the club (and the Book Club runs straight after this Hub, so you can come along if you like what you hear!)

Here’s where you can find us:

Don’t forget we also run Hubs on Wednesdays (in Yate) and Saturdays – find out more about them here.

See you soon!
