Off The Record, Bristol was set up in 1965 and became a registered charity in 1974. Its main aim is to help young people explore their options and find their own solutions to their problems.

Off The Record provides:

  • free, confidential information, advice and informal support for young people up to 25, through our drop-in and telephone helpline.
  • free, confidential counselling through an appointment system for young people up to the age of 25
