OTR is recruiting a part-time LGBTQ+ Therapist to work with young black people and young people of colour in the Freedom team for a short term and exciting piece of work focussing on uplifting our 1:1 support for young people 11-25 who are LGBTQ+.

We are offering this role to practitioners with lived experience and therapists are invited to apply from any modality but will need to be HPC / BACP registered.

Practitioners will be expected to be experienced in virtual delivery and have experience working with young people from a diverse range of social, economic and cultural backgrounds. You will receive monthly group counselling supervision and ongoing support from our Freedom LGBTQ+ Team Manager.

We are keen to ensure that young people from all communities are able to access this support and therefore welcome applications from a wide range of diverse applicants.

Freedom is OTR Bristol’s flagship gender and sexuality project which in 2020 celebrates its 25th year, to read more about our work, visit the website here.
