Aishah is our Zazi Project Manager and has worked with OTR since 2015, Aishah has a level 6 Youth Support qualification, with 10 years experience in the sector. Within that time frame, Aishah has partnered and worked within various organisations including Learning Partnership West, Kids Company, Young Offenders Team, Make it Mentoring, Babbasa, CYN, Avon and Somerset Police, and The Home Office as a Counter Extremism Worker. Aishah is also a freelance consultant and trainer within the sector. Aishah Believes ” Black Young People and People of Colour should feel empowered as active members of society, to reach their full potential and flourish despite systematic hindrances and associated barriers of injustice and inequality. In her spare time Aishah is a Henna Artist and enjoys dance, group games night and event planning.
