👋 Hi everyone! Here’s what OTR has available this week. We hope you can join us for some of these sessions and broadcasts – they are all designed to support your mental health and wellbeing at this weird time.
We’re now asking you to sign-up for some of our groups, meaning you get the same small, safe and familiar-feeling sessions as you would if you came to OTR in person. We’re asking that you sign up to these sessions by providing some basic contact details, so that we can be in touch and provide the info needed to join the group (such as a Google Hangout link or a Zoom code). This ensures the group remains safe, closed, and you can feel comfortable hanging out online with OTR.
