Online Workshops (Zoom)
During five weekly online group workshops, you will explore emotions and how to manage them using interactive tools and discussions. Join in however you feel comfortable (voice or chat, camera on or off) and build your emotional confidence.

Joining Process
1.Sign up: Link will show when new dates are released.
2. Look out for a confirmation email including a Resilience lab Zoom link and start date.
3.Log in using the Zoom link 5 minutes before the start time and check your video, audio and chat settings
4. Start!

Full Programme Resilience Labs
Resilience Boosts Bespoke duration and content workshops crafted from the core Resilience Lab programme to target the needs of the audience. Resilience Boosts can be delivered to small or large groups during class sessions, assemblies or activity days.

Sample Full Programme Schedule (in person) We like to allow a 15-minute arrival window before each 1 hour workshop. Colouring/ games are provided. Once all attendees are present there will then be a ‘go round’ where everyone introduces themselves, (name, pronoun, a weekly ice-breaker).
