🌼 Why not spend some time in nature this May? As 🌼 Why not spend some time in nature this May?

As the days get longer and warmer, May is a great time to step outside and reconnect with nature. Even a short walk in a local park, sitting in the sunshine, or noticing flowers and birds can help reduce stress and improve your mood.

Why don't you try..

🍃 Sitting somewhere green and notice five things you can see.
🌬️ Opening your window and take a few deep breaths of fresh air.
🌱 Plant seeds or care for a houseplant.

Action at OTR starts with a conversation 🤝 This Action at OTR starts with a conversation 🤝

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re encouraging young people to take action for their mental health, whether that’s reaching out to a friend, asking for support, taking time to rest, getting creative or simply checking in with yourself.

At OTR, we believe everyone deserves spaces where they feel heard, supported, and able to be themselves. Together, we can break stigma, build community, and prioritise mental wellbeing every day.

Small actions can make a big difference, Check out how you can take action with OTR this week and beyond!💥
