Off The Record, Bristol was set up in
1965 and became a registered charity in 1974. Its main aim is to help people
explore their options and find their own solutions to their problems.
Off The Record provides:

free, confidential information,
advice and support for all ages through our drop-in and telephone
helpline.

free, confidential counselling
through an appointment system for young people up to 25 years old.
This includes:
- Difficulties with relationships
- Problems at home, school, or work
- Pregnancy
- Contraception
- Safer sex
- Money problems
- Physical, sexual or emotional abuse
- Loneliness
- Depression
- Mental Health
